Return & Refund Policy – Aileen & Nora · Galway Boutique

At Aileen & Nora – Galway Boutique, we want every customer to feel comfortable, supported and informed throughout the entire shopping experience.
This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns work and ensures full transparency for every order.


Conditions for Returns

A return can only be requested after the order has been physically received.

Customers must request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.

All return shipping costs (including any customs fees or international return charges) are the full responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be:

  • unworn (trying on is allowed),

  • unwashed,

  • undamaged,

  • in original condition with all tags attached.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some items is not permitted.

This is the only accepted return location.


Final Sale Items

Products purchased during Final Sale promotions (40% off or more) are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.


Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of €18 per item is deducted from the refund.
This fee covers:

  • product inspection,

  • return handling,

  • reintegration of the item into our inventory system.


Guarantee for Faulty Items

We provide a full guarantee for products with manufacturing defects.

If you receive a faulty item, you may:

  • request a full refund, or

  • request a replacement item.


Return Procedure

  1. Send your return request within 30 days of receiving your order to:

  2. You will receive detailed instructions and confirmation of the correct return address.

  3. Return the item at your own cost to the German return centre.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Returns without proof of delivery (no tracking/delivery confirmation) cannot be processed or refunded.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, the purchase amount (minus the restocking fee) will be refunded using the same payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are processed within up to 15 days after receiving the returned parcel.


Liability

  • Aileen & Nora – Galway Boutique is not responsible for parcels marked as “delivered” by the carrier, even if the customer claims non-receipt.

  • Customers are fully responsible for providing a correct delivery address.
    Any errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
