Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Withdrawal Period – the period during which the customer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract.
Customer – a natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to professional or business activity.
Day – calendar day.
Distance Contract – an agreement concluded between the seller and the customer exclusively through distance communication.
Durable Medium – any medium that allows information to be stored and accessed in the future.
Right of Withdrawal – the customer’s right to return goods within a specific period.
Seller – Aileen & Nora – Galway Boutique, selling products to customers via distance contract.
General Terms – these General Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Article 3 – Scope
These General Terms apply to all offers and all distance sales contracts concluded between the boutique and the customer.
Before placing an order, the customer is given access to these Terms.
By placing an order on the website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the General Terms.
If these Terms conflict with any additional conditions, the provision most favourable to the customer applies.
Article 4 – Offer
All offers are non-binding and may be modified at any time.
Products are described as clearly as possible; however, minor colour variations may occur.
Each offer includes at least:

the price (excluding any import duties, if applicable)

shipping costs
-
method of concluding the contract

information regarding the right of withdrawal
-
payment, delivery and fulfilment methods

the period during which the offer is valid
Article 5 – Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded when the customer accepts the offer and fulfils the ordering conditions.
After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirmation.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Customers may return any non–Final Sale products within 30 days of receiving the order.
Returned items must be:

unworn,
-
unwashed,
-
in original condition,
-
with all original tags attached.
Products purchased as Final Sale (discounts of 40% or more) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Article 7 – Return Costs
If the customer withdraws from the contract:

all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Upon receiving the return, the boutique will refund the purchase amount minus an €18 handling fee per item.
Refunds are issued within 15 days of receiving the returned parcel.
Article 8 – Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

hygienic items (e.g. underwear, earrings)

products purchased during Final Sale (40% off or more)
Article 9 – Prices
Prices at the moment of ordering are final.
Changes may occur only due to updated legal regulations.
Article 10 – Conformity & Warranty
The boutique guarantees that products conform to their description and meet reasonable quality standards.
Article 11 – Delivery & Fulfilment
Orders are fulfilled with the highest care.
All shipments are sent from our international logistics centres.
Estimated delivery time: 6–14 business days, but due to international logistics and possible customs procedures, delivery may take up to 30 business days.
Delays within this timeframe do not constitute non-delivery and are not grounds for refunds or chargebacks.
A tracking number is always provided.
Article 12 – Payment
Payment must be completed at the time of ordering.
The boutique reserves the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors without prior notice.
Article 13 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing or via email:

Complaints are handled fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
Article 14 – Applicable Law
All contracts are governed by Irish law.
Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Ireland.
Customer statutory rights remain unaffected.
Article 15 – Changes to the Terms
The boutique may amend these General Terms.
Any changes will be published at least 30 days in advance.
Article 16 – Customs & Taxes
Any import duties or taxes are the full responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not grounds for complaints or refunds.
Article 17 – Limitation of Liability
The boutique reserves the right to make the final decision on acceptance of returns or exchanges.
These Terms do not infringe the statutory rights of the customer.
